You retain ownership of any personal vehicle information and video/photography content. By using the platform, you grant us a license to securely store and display this content within the app for the purposes of providing the service.
4. Platform Ownership and Future Sale
The Car Collection is owned and operated by TCC International Ltd. We reserve the right to transfer ownership or sell the platform, in part or in full, at any time. Should such a change occur, your data will continue to be protected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

The platform is built on Umbraco 13 – the latest Long Term Support (LTS) version of a CMS trusted by over 730,000 websites and applications globally. We enforce strong password requirements, automatic account lockout after multiple failed login attempts, and offer advanced authentication options including PassKey login using FIDO2 and WebAuthn standards. This allows secure access via PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition.
